Forget installing oem Nav - it hooks up to a lot and is more complicated - you'd need a different stereo as well, for example.

Considering some of the issues with oil consumption and temperature, a year old car has proven itself and might provide some peace of mind, though I think a late model 2010 should be fine too.

I got an extended warranty thrown in by the dealer since the car is so complex.
