This is another marginal upgrade when they should have done a complete redesign. ZOMG wait a minute, you mean this new 2012 Kenwood has TRUE VGA RESOLUTION!?!?!?!? OMG. Wait a second, that means the screen is 640x480 resolution, aka garbage, since my phone screen is 2x smaller with 720p HD resolution. Garbage. Also note that the 9990HD has a "VGA" resolution of 640x480 but the lower-end 6990HD has a "WVGA HD" resolution which is actually a slightly larger 800x480. So what, the highest-end model doesn't even have the highest resolution?
Which is why I am looking into the Pioneer unit(s), that I SHOULD have purchased in the beginning!
