My data includes cars from some other US regions like Guam, and some cars that look like they weren't built for resale. Since there is no "build number," I'd basically just have to sort them by production month and VIN number and count up.

It was easier for the 40th Anniversary cars since I was easily able to identify the 1000 that were built for the US...
