I just wanted to get some ideas from you before I spoke to the dealer/installer which I've now done. We'll see what the problem is after I get a chance to bring it in and see/measure what's going on.
This time I'm going to be there when all work is done instead of dealing with the audio upgrade as a "black box" kind of thing where I don't know how it was wired. For example, I instructed him NOT to use the factory wiring ... he says he didn't but I don't know for sure. Part of the problem is that I'm not talking directly to the person who did the work but the shop owner.
