I think a lot of people who drive a standard can to heel-toe if they actually spend time practicing. I can do it but I am not able to master the skill. My personal opinion, no matter how good you are with the skill, you can never be as precise as the computer when it comes to rev-matching.
Sure you can gain the feel about how much throttle you're supposed to give when downshifting from 3-2, for example, but you can still be 100-200 rpm off per say. Flexing of human muscles is just never meant to be "precise". Just my thoughts.
