Well GTM is actually located in California, so I'd assume they'd have their kit standard for their own homestate. Right now the car would pass emissions. For the first 5 years, they don't even look at the car. After 5 years, they plug into the ECU and make sure that it's not throwing any codes. Which it isn't and most importantly there is no check engine light. This car would pass emissions w/ flying colors as it did here in AZ. I've also been told that only older cars have an actual system that will link up to the exhaust so you wouldn't even have to worry about the cats 2 years from now if it would even need them
