I broke 2 flex pipes within 100 miles of each other (both passenger side) after installing test pipes. After re-installing the bracket I never had an issue. I started a thread on it sometime last year, quite a few users had the exact same problem.

Bracing isn't just about weight, it's about controlling the vibrations/flexing that can occur. You have a 350 with an HR and while similar, they are different enough for an issue like this to be present in our cars but not yours.
