These are pretty bad...but considering it was free, I should not complain. I took off that plastic piece and checked it to see if it was a one way valve of some kind....it's not...you can blow through either end with no restriction at all. I put it back on the way it came off originally just because. Anyway, here area couple of pics..

Also a big thanks for the help in the DYI section....totally made this an easy peasy mod for me.
