Yes the hitch comes out fine, no body trimming except you will lose the tab that used to secure the bottom part of the bumper. Now mine is held on my zip ties. My fog light is a hitch cover now, I just pop the fog light into the hitch, secure the pin and off I go.

Yeah, the trailer is built with 3 tires in the back in mind (150lbs+). If I get a Scooter, I will try to mount it as far back as I can.
