For 70-90K, this car makes sense, talking about interior, performance etc, the whole package. For 100K+, for a slightly faster but otherwise same car really, it starts to become a stretch imo.

100K is a big psychological barrier as well imo. It's no longer a "budget/everyman's" supercar anymore at this point, and they heavily advertised it as such when it came out.

They are pricing themselves into a smaller group of potential buyers, the kind of buyers that, a lot of the time, will shy away from owning a "nissan" regardless of how awesome the performance is.
