reinforces to me that I *can't* get one because I'd have to give up every other interest of mine and then live with a car payment that could very well be rent... or go towards a house... and I'd effectively be working just to pay for a car. I don't think I'm the only person here that does that (openly talks about future cars... and talks themselves out of it).
It's important therapy because there are a lot of us that will price out cars that we really shouldn't be pricing out... and
maybe we're mentally unstable enough to actually go out and make a pretty bad financial decision.
