yea, assuming they charge you that much, they don't HAVE to.. PLUS, its based off the fair market value, which, you can, dictate as, what is worth to YOU.. you just have to justify why you feel it is the price you say it is..
if you have 5 cars, like moi, you could justify that it's only really worth 20k to you, because it's not needed.... you would be hard pressed, but you could in theory, get away with it
