Unhappy Power Shifting and launching the z

i wanna learn how to launch the car properly and how to power shift so does any one have any tips for me?

i have launched the car a few times but i want to know whats the best way to do it. what i usually do is rev the car to 4.5k -5k and then dump the clutch and press the gas pedal all the way. what i want to know is am i supposed to take it easy on the gas at first and after the car starts rolling then press it all the way or press it all the way from the beginning while releasing the clutch? by the way when i do this i get a lot of wheel spin and i want to know how to stop that from happening. another thing that happens sometimes is the car starts jerking for 2 seconds then the car starts moving forward. i think that happens because i let out the clutch to early and i hit the gas to fast.

power shifting

well when i want to drive the car fast what i do is. take off the car slowly in first then press the gas all the way and once i hit 7.5k rpm i press the clutch let go of the gas shift then let go of the clutch and hit the gas. what i do is just dump the clutch like that on every gear. i use to think that thats power shifting but then i read another post and i got confused.

so is power shifting holding the gas the whole time while shifting from 1st gear to 6th? hold the gas then hit the clutch while holding the gas and shift then let go of the clutch while still holding the gas? am i understanding this right?

and which method is better the way i do it? as in let go of the gas or shift while holding the gas? can someone plz explain this to me so i can get this once and for all.

its so funny i can rev match and i can heal and toe and i do it really fast too but i have no idea on how to launch the car or power shift.
