He took the time to talk to me and figure out what would be exactly perfect for my Z and for my own personal needs. Hands down best customer service I have received in a long time. Knowing that this isn't some pre-made assembly line part also gives me great assurance that all the online reviews and videos aren't a hoax. I am ecstatically waiting for the exhaust!
