Picked Stella up from the dealer this morning.
I dropped her off before my trip to Dallas so they could keep her for the week. They refinished the insides of all four wheels and resprayed the driver side rocker panel that got scratched up
(see my journal for the deets on the damage) and gave me a complimentary oil change with synthetic.
People make mistakes. It's gonna happen. It's how someone handles the mistake or rectifying the situation that determines their character... and whether or not I continue to do business with them.
