The core they use is a Setrab 9 series 13 row. Setrab is the same company that us (Z1), Nissan Motorsports and GTM use in our kits and is widely known and used in both OEM and Racing applications.

There are a few disadvantages to that design if you plan on going Forced Induction in the future.

Flipping the dampner will not affect the performance on the Z in any way. The ONLY downside to doing this, aside from the cost of your time, is the fact that the NISMO/AUTECH label will be upside down. If you are worried about flipping the NISMO dampner, I hope you are aware that the AAM Oil Cooler kit requires you to drill into your factory front aluminum crash bar.
