Wow. I can't believe that wasn't taken already.
I recently turned in my (handwritten) form in OK. I had to turn in SIX choices because Oklahoma is so backward you can't check what has already been taken. I asked how long it would take and got an estimate of 4 MONTHS. Come tax time I think I will postdate the check 4 months.
