FRONT-
Flush for the 370z would be roughly like a 9.5 +22
aggressive would be 9.5 +12
Rear
Flush for the 370z rear 10.5+12
Aggressive would be 10.5 +0
Above are just rough widths and offsets that you can vary slightly i put a link below to an offset calculator so you can punch in your before offset and widths and then the new offsets and it will tell you if it will extend or sink in and XX amount of millimeters.

Tires on a 9 inch width you could run a 255/35/19 or 265/35/19 (which i believe keeps the same diameter as the stock tire
Tires on a 10.5 inch width you could run a 285/35/19 or a 305/30/19 (depends on if you want wide or really wide)
