Yea, I know what you mean, not to mention that my wife hasn't learned to drive a stick. She hasn't driven the Z yet, but she could if she wanted, since it's an automatic. I've driven/owned manual shift vehicles in the past, but I definitely prefer the convenience of an automatic transmission. Besides, with the computers that they have in these cars, is the performance gap between MT and AT significant? I know that my AT 370Z seems to shift really quickly.
