The car's oil pressure port is 1/8" BSP. The majority of aftermarket gauges are 1/8" NPT. So you need an adapter that is 1/8" BSP male with a 1/8" BSP female and a 1/8" NPT female (to screw in the stock and aftermarket sensors). I know all this because due to some bad adapters, I had to temporarily use 1/8" NPT in the car's port...and it leaked.
