So I take it to the dealership and they really dont know but the car is still under warranty. but its getting close to being out of warranty and they haven't figured it out yet. Last they had my car in for a week, and had a Nissan engineer working on the car. they said they changed my ECM, but engine light still came on after that. frustrated. dont know what to do!?!?????

Call Nissan north america (nna corporate), get them to open a claim, (get the ref # and name of person you spoke to), this way, if you're warrantee expires while it's still getting resolved, you won't be on the hook for it.
Also, like others said, keep all your documentation and start looking into the possibility of lemon lawing the car if you can't get it fixed.
