SOLD!!
Purchased brand new and installed on my car for the 2011 SEMA Show (November 2011). Only on my car for a month and a half. Removed it to start on a new custom splitter project for the track. Lip has the normal scratches on the bottom that are pretty much inevitable if you have a lowered 370Z. No visible damage when installed on the car. No cracks/spiderwebs/etc., just the scratches on the bottom corners. The lip is already off of the car and sitting out of harms way. Will be professionally boxed and packed if the buyer is not local.
The way the lip sits, these back corners are lower than the front edge which is good for protecting the front from damage. I don't think the back corners hang any lower than the factory front wheel spats. If your car is low enough to scrape your front wheel spats, you will likely scrape this lip.
