The most common code for these are related to vaccuum leaks and loose wiring harnesses. Make sure the MAF is seated properly and all vaccuum lines are secure. Otherwise I would try a little MAF cleaner to see if that clears anything up... reset the ECU and see what you get.

Also make sure your filter is totally secure... letting dirt in will clog the MAF and cause the code. Most likely this wouldn't happen that quickly though.
