They said the previous owner had complained about the battery as well - but he garaged the car so they thought that was the problem... for me since it was not the first complaint, they replaced the battery (OEM 500ish CCA) with a bigger battery 700ish CCA. I am not sure if it was me leaving the radio on infrequent driving or a dud battery... but we'll see.. if it happens again I'd be really surprised.

I had to jump start my car once and the ck engine light came on,brought it to my buddy at Nissan and it stored a code,they used the Consult 3 to erase it never came on again.go figure
