Default Strength of the Front Bumper

Question for all the Nismo owners. I just had a Nismo front bumper installed on my Sport Touring. Since then, along with installing some new springs, I'm scraping the underside (not the front edge) of the black trim under the front bumper when I pull into/out of my driveway. Kinda of thought this might be a problem.

I'm getting a ramp to lessen the angle of attack into the driveway, but in the meantime, I'll be scraping. It's not like I'm dragging the nose, there's just a point where the underside rubs the street as I pull out of the driveway.

How strong is the nose on a Nismo? Does anyone else scrape their cars on a regular basis?

Thanks!
