If the lamps are dim and not bright as usual? Take it to the dealer and have them deal with it and if their out of adjusting they can check that also. Having to adjust them by yourself may lead to raising the light path that may not be legal in the sense that the lamps will affect other drivers either from behind or on coming, if you ever had a driver come towards you with a missaligned headlight you'd know what I mean.
