Default Rear bumper ordeal

So I recently got rear ended by some careless chick while stopped at a red light and the damage done to my rear bumper was pretty bad. There were scratches everywhere, noticeable dents, and paint chips. The damage done to the girls truck was next to nothing. Sorry I don't have pics at the moment to show, but the reason for this post is because I need feedback for the situation I'm in. I took the car to a body shop and they told me I would get a new oem bumper and they will paint it white using the same paint code nissan uses. The following week I get called by the shop and they tell me to pick up the car. I arrive there and the first thing I'm told is that I need to come back and have the bumper buffed. I'm thinking, why wasn't this done before I was called up? Then I look to see how the bumper came out, I immediatley noticed that the 370z emblem is not straight not only that, I saw a few paint chips on edges next to the tail light. In direct sunlight I was able to notice the difference in color as the newly painted bumper appeared lighter. So in a few days I'm taking the car back to get it buffed but I know that won't help much. What would you guys do in this situation? The shop said they will get a new emblem but what can I do about the minor paint chips and discoloration? The other parties insurance covered the cost but they will not cover my satisfaction of the work done. I bought the car this year and I'm very OCD about every little detail of the car. The value of my car has already diminished because it was in an accident and now I'm dealing with a rear bumper that out stands in my point of view.
