I've lost over 30 lbs in the past year, currently around 175. I want to drop down another 10 lbs, but gain more muscle. It's not easy and a healthy diet is the hardest part. I tell you though, I've never felt better now that I go to the gym at least 4 times a week. People think I'm 10 years younger and I can run a mile without huffing and puffing for air. Keep at it bro, your wife, your family and you will appreciate it. Good luck!
