I'm assuming you're talking about a flat black face, not a gloss black face like this one right?

Or did you want a flat black face like this one, but with a polished lip?

The first one can be done (obviously), but the second one needs to be custom done I believe. Buy a flat black wheel and have someone take them apart and polish the lips.
