I'm contemplating buying an '09 370z Touring with 24k miles. Magnetic black, manual transmission. The dealer price is 26k and i was wondering if anyone had any opinions on whether or not this is fair.

The car has a couple dings and some scratches on a few of the rims that would need to be repaired but overall it's in pretty good shape.
