I noticed you been hittin' the Brew 22 pretty hard lately (as indicated by your FB posts)! I don't consider myself a foodie, but I LOVE a good meal, and don't care if it costs $20 or $200 as long as its well prepared. I love all kinds of beer, but have a special affinity for the Belgians and I'm quite fond of many types of whiskeys, brandies, scotch, corvosiers and bourbons.
I also love, love, love to cook. My wife prepares some traditional Chinese and Vietnamese dishes from time to time, but they are few and far between. I just picked myself up a complete new set of cookware and threw all my other stuff out. I also am a firm believer that your best friend in the kitchen is a fine quality knife. I have three favorite 7" Santokus and one 8" chef that I use quite regularly.
