Sorry to say, the answer is no. A T-mobile Samsung Galaxy S II is not compatible with Verizon's 4G network.

T-mobile uses HSPA+ to deliver their "4G" (it is really an enhanced-data 3G), while the Verizon LTE is a different technical network.
