Actually that does not confirm anything, it just shows that Toyota wants to keep a copyright to a name they previously owned. Companies do this all the time with names, look at modern items that get named after something from 20 years ago and the older item fights it.
I hope to see a new Supra or something above the 86/BR-Z but below the LFA.
