I'm sorry, but that's pretty laughable. Police don't care about a 20-somethings Evo being vandalized. I've called the police 3 times in my life. 2 of which were because I knew insurance would want a police report, and the 3rd was when I was home alone @ like 12 yrs old and my neighbor was hitting his pregnant wife. I've had my house burglarized, been the target of 3 attempted robberies (2 of which were armed), and had my car stolen. Didn't waste my time with the cops on any of those.

According to the Evo owner, when he confront the older guy he called him a racial slur and spit on him, then pushed him. If that's really what happened then he had every right to tune the guy up.
