As stated above, could be any of a number of things, but it should be correctable. Have your alignment checked out, check suspension parts for wear/failure, check brake pads for wear, check brake pistons (are they stuck, are they excessively gunked up, are the dust seals falling apart?), flush brake fluid through the calipers a bit in case you've got some bubbles.
