Just wanted to say I love the way you guys have kept me informed about my order. Not many places will stop to ask why your billing and shipping address are different (at least not my experience), it's nice to know that you guys are on the look out for things like this. There was also no delay due to this and as soon as I had responded they were able to get the order processed and out the door. Sales and Service gets from me. Keep up the great work!

007MI6....I agree. The more positive views made towards the supporting vendors, the stronger the community will become. Although bad reviews will take place, we try to view and handle each one with the notion of "how can we improve". This is applies even for the GOOD reviews.
Bad reviews are something we try to avoid whenever possible, but when they do happen, they help us address issues that may have taken place. We can never please everyone (no matter how hard we may try) and we are also NOT perfect. We welcome both good and bad reviews as long as they are constructive and go through the proper channels of communication so that we may address the issue and hopefully correct it in a manner that will benefit/please everyone.
