The wear you are noticing is totally normal.

Any "sporty" RWD car will exhibit similar wear tendencies-- it is just a function of the negative camber dialed in from the factory.

As far as safety issues-- just watch how your tires are wearing, and don't rely on the outside tread condition to be accurate across the entire tire.
