Mute point, but for future reference. I bought a car in Columbia, MD years back, and i was living in Brenham, TX. The wife and I got one way flights to Baltimore ($69 ea., you can still find them for $99), flew out Friday evening, spent some time in DC and then drove home. Turned it into a vacation and it was WAYYYY cheaper than delivery. Plus I got to drive my new ride for 1500 miles.
I know some people may not want the miles, but we enjoyed the trip thouroghly.
