Okay so this may sound very stupid, but can a brake caliper temp gauge be made? Or is this not possible?
I would imagine it would be a huge safety feature since the heat problem on our cars is found in the calipers, where there is not much warning fade before they just give out (car&driver). If we could know the temp of the calipers as well as the failing temp on them, we could safely use our brakes with confidence accordingly.
I don't see how a sensor can't be wired to at least even the exterior cover of the caliper.
Maybe swap out the voltage or time pod in the triple pod cluster?
