I am sure this has been covered somewhere in this thread, but there are a lot of pages to sift through for it so I hope some kind member can just answer them for me. Spikuh's great review answered a lot of the questions I was about to ask, but here are a few for clarification.

Do the pulleys come with install directions and is that 2 hour install time pretty standard from most people's experiences of having someone do it for you?

What is the general consensus for approximate gains and can you actually feel it?

Would I need to be concerned about replacing them after a certain number of miles or will they affect the need to replace any other engine part sooner than usual (engine longevity and maintenance)?

Spikuh's MPG comments are very appealing too, has nayone else noticed such improvement sin this area as well?

Sorry for the repeat questions if they have already been covered.

Thanks a lot!
