Id love to be able to tell you but I actually havent installed them yet. Gonna wait till spring since my Z goes off the road for winter. I will tell you this though, I will be setting it to the stiffest setting in the rear and softest setting in the front to help battle understeer. Im actually about to order the Stillen front lip from the sale right now
