thanks for the shouts fellas. unfortunately, i'm going to live without a car for a while... probably a year or so. i live in the city and walk to work, so the need for a car is very low but the cost of keeping one is very high. when i leave the city (or can't stand it anymore), i will get back into the market.

of course, one of the ways i try to dull the pain of parting with the Z is to immediately shop around for another ride. an AP1 s2000 would make for a low-cost city driver, so i've been idly keeping an eye out for a nice example. i've always toyed with the idea of getting an AP1 or AP2, but the z has always been more to my taste in cars, despite having come from an fg2 si, which was a great car.

most likely will hold off on any car for the time being and scoop something i really want a year or two from now.

and i will def. drop by the forum from time to time to stir up some trouble.
