Thanks for the kind words! I just saw this thread, otherwise I would've posted sooner. Wrapping it would help, but ultimately getting the exhaust positioned better would be the best route.

I spoke to Jason (our fabricator) for some input, and he said that 3 things are likely contributing to the issue. 1st, the thin wall material of the Zele system is more apt to be affected by expansion/contraction because of the heating and cooling of the exhaust. Another issue is that because it's so light, there's not much tension on the exhaust hangers which means the expansion/contraction from heat can cause the exhaust to shift easily. The last aspect is that the stock exhaust has vibration isolators, and the Zele doesn't.
