ECU will be reflashable... no definitive word yet on whether there will be a factory (i.e., TRD) blower option, but signs point to no, at least not right away.
Looks good, and will handle and brake beautifully, but IMO needs about 50-75 more bhp/tq, or at least a plug and play option to to make that so...
