My only suggestion is to keep looking for a nice used one. Take a weekend and drive it back if you must. Will probably save you a few grand in the end if you do and would give you time to learn the vehicle some.

I was quoted 38.5k for a 2011 nismo the other day, and it looks like I could find a used one with 5-10k miles on it for ~35k. Perhaps I need to start looking harder...
