I'm not pointing fingers, but passing the buck doesn't really do anything except frustrate customers. A slow or misinformed supplier has no affect on what you tell your own customers that are waiting for their parts. Telling them that the parts that arrived either looked like trash or the manufacturer dropped the ball is what should have been said from the beginning.
