you are correct that every branch has it's issues and fair share of dirt bags...
but from personal experience and because MINOT has a HUGE problem...
they showed us reports from across the AF, across my MAJCOM and the 4 services...
Marines lead, and like you said not by much, the variance is small, but they are the leaders... it's not a big deal
