If I buy an M3, I will be buying its brand, reliability (no tune), exterior/interior quality, and german style ride quality.

Yes, I am debating whether I should trade off the speed vs quality.
Evo's interior quality is not what I am looking for, but I love its power and potential.

If I get EvoX, I will get GSR, I love driving manual.

The M3 is a very nice car and it's a lot more luxurious and refined than the z. But it's not really as much of a step up in performance as some people make them out to be. You get marginal improvements in handling and acceleration, but that's it. And if you're hungry for more power and acceleration, keep in mind the M3 only has 414 hp and not much of an aftermarket to support it. This, coupled with high repair costs of german cars without a warranty may make you forever stuck with the stock performance of the M3.
