The only thing I can see it hitting now is a small white... button of some sort on the left side of the shifter. I have no idea what it does, or how to remove it so I can't cut it. Therefore I have to cut the trim piece which I was hoping to not have to do.
I've had it, I'm buying that dremel tomorrow.  You watch after I get that though it's only going to take 15 mins and bam I'm done.
Although I am noticing the whole console trim piece when in place, doesn't want to sit all the way down. I'm wondering if it won't sit flush once it's mounted.  |
It will sit just like the auto piece,and the little white box on the left is for the shift lock in case you need to put the car in neutral just push down on the top and pull it in neutral,don't cut this box trim the black 6sp piece to go around it.
