Ok, so I'm trying to get the manual cover to fit, and the boot is taken care of by the manual underpiece. But the underpiece won't fit over the whole shifter assembly, and I'm not too fond of cutting the whole shifter assembly apart, so I'm in the process of trying to modify the underpiece to accommodate the shifter assembly.

I don't know exactly what he cut to make it work since the pictures aren't very descriptive but I'm piecing it together as I go what I need to cut. Once it's all done, I'll take pics of the finished parts.
Also, lol I'm doing this without a dremmel. So yeah, birthday coming up soon, I know what I'm asking for.
For those who are thinking about this, get a dremmel first, you will save a LOT of asspain.
